What do we mean by Inner Studios?

​An inner studio metaphorically represents your inner being; this includes your experiences, values, thoughts, beliefs, emotions and perspectives. It contains your hopes and dreams, and your spoken and unspoken rules. Your true self lives here along with your adapted self. And God's grace is in all of it.

​There is no one else like you and the territory of your soul is as unique as an artist's studio. Even though some artists have similar supplies in their studio, the work of art that emerges is never the same as anyone else’s.

In your inner studio YOU are the work of art that is emerging.

Our work with you is designed to create opportunity for depth and growth.  Whether it is a 3-month learning cohort, a 1-hour audio exercise, or a 1:1 coaching session, our courses and conversations take on deep topics and pay attention to the story being written under the surface of your life.

The Inner Studio has surprised me at every turn! By trusting the process and engaging in the materials, I am learning a whole new way of interacting with God, with myself and with those around me. Who is this for?

This is for anyone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and engage their inner life with their heart as well as their head. Readiness and willingness are more important than experience. With a little or a lot of experience, you can start where you are. You do not need a background in any art form or skill set.  (By the way... as facilitators, one of us is an artist and one of us is not!)
